Delivery
We commit to dispatching items in stock within 48hours of receiving payment. We use Registered Post and your items should reach you within 5 working days. A delivery charge of £4.00 will be added to the total cost of your order.

Returns
If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchases, you may return these within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund. Please obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from the Post Office as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that go missing in transit. Items should be returned to My Puku PO Box 46831, London SW11 1YJ.
